Everett, WA | Historic Victorian Foursquare Restoration

This 1903 Victorian Foursquare in Everett, Washington was carefully restored back to its original character and charm. What had been a historic home stripped of many of its defining details is now a warm, layered space that feels true to its architectural roots.

This project focused on a thoughtful historic home renovation and preservation approach, with a strong emphasis on architectural salvage and period-appropriate detailing. Salvaged elements were thoughtfully sourced and integrated throughout the home, including transom windows, doors, leaded glass, and vintage door hardware—each piece helping to reintroduce the home’s original character.

Key original features, including the staircase and hardwood floors, had been covered over for years. These elements were carefully uncovered, restored, and refinished to highlight the natural wood and craftsmanship of the period.

The result is a restored historic home that honors its Victorian Foursquare architecture while feeling renewed, livable, and full of character.
