So many bespoke details came together to make this moment happen, without the hard work of the talented and skilled tradesmen & vendors this wouldn’t have been possible. This may look Logging on a video call only to see my background is a bit out of sorts ….. #signsmytoddlerwashere 😆 A house well lived in, am I right? I like to think the accessories are apart of the soul of a home, without them the spaces just feel so cold and impersonal. Never underestimate the power of the finishing touches! Getting this beauty ready for her photo debut. Skylights make all the difference. 🌞 #awoodeddelight An appreciation post for unique & special lighting at #homeiswheretheheartis. Lighting is one of my favorite items to spec in projects. If you can’t remodel a space, swap a light. It makes the biggest impact IMO! 🖤
Yesterday I showed the ceiling detail of this kitchen, and today we’re showing the before & after. Every “old house detail” added was completely new to this space or salvaged from some of our favorite local vendors. The beadboar No area was left without detail in this space. Some think this beadboard was original, but it wasn’t! When demoing the space we found that behind the lathe and plaster was this beadboard. So when putting the pieces back together after all the n The sconce shades arrived in the library at #projectnotdaggy for the ever so beautiful hand sconces from @urbanelectricco . An unexpected pop of red to tie into the floral patterned window treatments. ❤️
